Freezy

Why is it that Bodog gives my computer so much trouble? I can play merge/tilt/cake whatever but for some reason my bodog window will freeze like I've lost connection. Sometimes it happens more than once during a SNG which KILLS any shot of winning. Very f'n frustrating. Anyone with similar problems/solutions?

I had this problem a while ago with Bodog
It even started freezing as soon as i started the software

I re-installed the programme and havent had a problem since

Do you have Peer Guardian installed on your computer. I have found it blocks some of bodogs IP's and freezes it up. If you have then turn peer guardian off before you start playing.

When I found this out all my problem stopped with Bodog.

I don,t know if I will be able to play the Bodog League. I tried a free roll at Bodog today with another game running at Ace (Merge). It was impossible. I would make a play (Bet,call whatever) at Bodog and then Merge would beckon me but going back to Bodog after I would be completely FROZEN at Bodog.Unless I can play only Bodog I think it will be impossible.

I know how you are feeling... but I am having this problem with the Merge Network. I have tried everything I can think of, to no avail either.

The other day, I was at a final table with 1st place being $375. I was in 3rd place with 4 people left, when the software froze. By the time I got back from the reboot, I only had 3 blinds left, so I of course was out very quickly. I was very happy to take 4th place and $100, but who knows what could have been...

If anyone has anything new to try and fix this, it would be great if you could post it..thx a bunch.
