Yeah it happens like that but bodog despite the length it takes to get your check its still worth going through since you only got to validate ur card once.
Bodog DOES NOT allow player transfers. I also occasionally see warnings that player to player transfers are strictly enforced, so I think that they look for players attempting to transfer at a cash table.
Yes Bodog does not allow transfers. I think its to stop the begging for money you commonly see on other sites. If you play in a heads up sit and go there is not much they can do about it however.
See, I've heard the exact opposite: That if you are a member in good standing, they will work out a transfer for you. Maybe I'm wrong, as I've never tried it, but I've had people tell me they have done it.
Yes, I use ewalletXpress. Have had an account there for some time. Seems good to me. Have used it at Bodog as well as other sites. No problems.
I've been reluctant to try this. Hate giving my checking account info to just anyone. Once the account is set up, Can you remove money from Bodog and then deposit to Carbon, etc. Have you had any problems?

u could always try the points to cash program by playing a bunch of play money tournaments or tables to get some points (2000 minimum) and convert it to cash. the info from Bodog site follows:
CONVERT YOUR BODOG POKER POINTS TO CASH
Enter your chosen amount in the box below (the cash value will show up underneath). When you're ready, click "Convert".
Rules:
1) You must convert a minimum of 2,000 points per transaction.
2) Multiple conversions up to a maximum of 25,000 points per 30 days.
3) Your available balance is updated daily as points become available.
4) Exchange rate: 100 points = 1.00 US$
5) Standard bonus rules apply.
I've been playing at Bodog for a year and a half. I use to only play ring games for $.25 / .50. Now all I play is tournaments. Get this I only have a little over 1,000 points. It pisses me off that you can get them for playing for play money.
Bodog has a couple of big freeroll every day. You could try your luck at winning some money that way but good luck because there are 2,000 to 4,000 players.
