Problem with Bodog?

I play at Full Tilt but a buddy told me that Bodog was worth checking out, with a lot of newbies playing there. Signed up, but every time (for the last 3 days) that I run the Bodog poker app and sign in, it asks me to choose my username, I enter it, and I get an immediate "Player Services are not available now" error message. I've been getting that for 3 straight days. Bodog customer service has not replied to my message.

Anyone know what's up with that?

Have you tried calling customer service. When you open the software on the top bar near the clock is a link to Customer service email, and the customer service phone number. They should be able to get you squared away.

if you havent figured it out yet. try uninstalling and reinstalling bodog. But remember to download from bodoglife.com bodog.com doesnt work anymore. good luck at the tables.

You will get to speak to a live representative who should be able to help you solve this.

Posting here that you are locked out of your Bodog account isn't going to help you. I suggest you call the toll free number

I was having a problem logging into Bodog - the account number or email address were always accepted. Calling support found out the option to log in with email address was discontinued. An email would have been nice - but have to say Bodog tollfree support is one of the best

emails or calls bodog respons quick and usually fixs the issue in the same day, thats been my dealings with customer service, they even call you if you ask them to.

Yes that is maybe one good thing you can say for Bodog poker is there customer service is very quick to reply to questions and problems.
