I never played at the old Doyles Room, but all the good things i here about Cake Network can only make it better. Now that i'm playing @ DR its my favorite site right now. Played in only four 10 seat S&G, Won two came in 2nd once. The play is soft, the promotions are sweet. In a nut shell I love it.

I never win at Cake so I do not think it will be good for me. That said maybe my luck will change on the network with the addition of Doyle's

The reason DoylesRoom has made the change to the "Cake Network" this time around is to keep the USA market playing on the poker site. Microgaming was closing out all USA players. I think DoylesRoom deserves some respect for trying to keep the USA playing poker and not closing them out, as some of the other sites are doing.

I was not a big fan of Doyle's before the move. It is a major improvement, but still not my favorite. I suppose I should give it another shot.

I have been playing a few .02-.04 full ring cash games at DR, maybe an 1 1/2 hours total and am already up a humble $7.00. Doyles Room is even more fish abundant than other any site i have played at yet.

I preferred DoylesRoom prior to the move (if I wanted to play on CakePoker, I'd just get an account on Cake). Old DoylesRoom software was far better than Cake, but the play in micro levels (20NL) were also better.
It'd be great if they'd improve the software.

New software updatesvare coming in the next. month or so. Should be the shiznit. updated graphics and a whole new look to make it even more functional

I like the Wednesday 9:30pm tournament here $25 + $2.50 with around 400 to 600 players and $1000 bounties on 3 pros ($10000 if you get two, $50000 if you get all three).
