What I have experienced from Ultimate Bet is that if you have any deposit questions or errors regarding your account, - you have to do everything yourself to figure it out. You, have to call security. (keep records of live chat sessions) and you have to do just about everything else to figure out why they are not doing their job. That is the only thing I dont like about their site. Good things are the jackpot hits and the traffic/promos.

i couldnt agree more you have to bug them and bug ub to get answers if any problems arise.today i finally recieved my money.I also still play at ub only because i turned .86 cents into playable money.I contacted live support about information on the uboc its there once a year online championships,now you would think they would easily be able to answer questions on this topic but no they couldnt. my question was is the mini uboc number 6 game omaha or omaha hilo? because the major event on the same day says hi-lo but the mini event with the same name does not say hi-lo and another event for omaha hi is already on at another time,so maybe its a typo or im confused and dumb i dont know.live support made me wait 5 minutes i was then transferred to another worker which then i had to repeat my question to another worker.the worker did not understand my question and to behonest i dont not think they even knew what the uboc i was further put on hold for 10 minutes for what i thought would be an easy question to answer.I then typed it would be nice if u could answer sometime today they responded with sorry i cannot answer your query please email your questions to ultimate bet.Now for a site that claims to be better then the rest with customer support well u judge for yourself they have there big yearly event yet there workers cannot answer questions about this seems kinda unprofessional.

hey i was playing at ub today and thought id share a story about what i would call either a complete luckbox or some weird ass software malfuntion u decide.I was playing a free roll on ub after a not so good day with real money.I was on the final table and a player was sitting out for 95 percent of time the on the final table. when the blinds got so massive this player was put all in.With a total of 8 times, even if there were 4 players in the pot this player would win the hand everytime.everyone was just going what the hell is going on the guy ended up coming 5th he even outlasted me (6th) i went all in poket 10s and got called by k9 ,k hits flop and another guy went allin with kj against j10 and j10 wins yet the sitter wins 8 in a row. kinda weird.
