Hi i'm starting this thread to because i need help and advice and i would also like to warn others and tell others of my experience with ultimate bet in my opinion the worst internet poker site i have experienced by far. I started off depositing 50 dollers giving the usual information needed to start a poker account off usually address, banking details and personal info etc. i played for a week made a little money and decided this site was not for me after i had an all in disconnection problem in a ring game and was not happy with the traffic.When i tryed to withdraw my money i was told i had to provide a scanned image front and back of my credit card ,utility bill and photo id eg drivers license.I could not believe this as i have withdraw from others sites no hassle whatsoever.
I then emailed ultimate bet on various occasions about this i told them i thought giving that info is a security risk to myself (identity theft) and also that i did not need to send these documents as i did not reach a cumulative total of $3,000 in deposits, withdrawals or transfers as you can read in there withdrawal policy,also i am not the bill payer in my household and my drivers license states an old address so even if they came up with a decent reason for me to give them these documents i could not.I also went to many rooms and asked players about withdrawing and not one said they had been asked for any info and that they have had no problems in withdrawing so why me?
Ultimate bet responded anywhere from 6 to 18 hourse after some emails were sent not all were responded to this has been a 6 day battle so far. the response team is with out a doubt the slowest and least informative of all. I have been told they would call me if i emailed them i emailed them on several occasions to call me and they have not once did and i was finally told they will not call me although live help guaranteed me they would. they gave me two incorrect numbers to call and idiotic replys that were not answering my queries,eg i said i live in australia you have given me an american number can you please add a country code to this number or give me a complete number as my phone tells me the number is not correct there 3 replys were call us on the exact wrong number they gave me twice before
. I then thought of another method to get some advice ultimate bet has live help and wouldnt you get live help for withdrawal so easy to put in so hard to take out. again i explained myself showing them there policy and telling them i had not got the documents what can i do ,they reply the same automated reply u have to send the documents. I then asked to speak to there boos supervisor and i was told no.Security will not return futher emails and live help will no longer assist me on this matter it seems i have lost my bank roll on ultimate bet.Im warning you all out there be willing to provide these details even if its not what the policy says all so you can get this out and if you dont own a scanner or fax machine then your money will be theirs. The only other way i can retrieve my money is to lose it to someone heads up and hopefully they transfer it back to me otherwise i have useless money.
1.Has anyone had this happen to them?
2.Are there any authoritys i can go to to sort out this problem as i am now being ignored from ultimate bet.?
3.if anyone can help me out it would be much appreciated.
