i recently joined ap and did not like at first but now its one of my favorite place to play besdie titan of course

Being new to poker I started out at Party Poker and PokerStars but soon found they were not as good as they made out to be so I found AP and Titan which are now my 2 main sites.

i agree i'm a fan of AP.... it doesn't seem like there is as many bad beats.... and the players are prettty friendly... i used to be at poker stars but got sick of the constant straights coming up...

the biggest problem at AP is customer support. You can report people for openly colluding at a table in a tourney and the next day both players are still there.

Email support and they reply to the first sentence and dont bother resding the rest of the email.

Dear AP: Your site is excellent.

However, the world is ending unless you reply to the 2nd sentence.

that email and reply is genius

on the reporting players front I doubt absolute are any different from the other sites - you won't see players banished by the next day - unless they just stole all the furniture from head office

they will need to monitor suspect players over time and be sure that they are colluding - thet will also want to link as many things together / catch as many as possible

also what would happen if someone just started sending them names to get players banned who were perfectly honest ? if they just banned anyone that was reported it would a very quick way to cripple a poker site overnight

think of it like this - if you see someone doing something wrong and you call the police are they -

a) going to flog the "criminal" and then give them a life sentence without trial just on someones say so

b) look into it and do some detective work

c) going to be able to conclude / gather evidence in 10 mins

still chuckling about that email though - I'd be tempted to see what else you can put in the 2nd line ;-)
