don't know about the customer service but i think ultimate has some of the best play on the net and is no more rigged than most other sites !

Probably my favorite site to play at, however, the waves of wins or loses seem to run together on this site. If you lose, you will probably lose 4 to 5 games in a row and vice verse, if you are winning you will win 4 to 5 in a row....just my personal opinion.

so this happened in the 3:00 freeroll with like 20 people left...

Basically what happened here was, i had A 8(deadman's hand) in my hand and i got raised 400, so i called,only left with me and the guy who raised still with cards.

The flop came A 8 K, i checked to lure him in and he bet 1k, and i raised him another 500.

The turn came and the board now looked like: A 8 K A -- i was presented with a fullhouse

So i bet 400, and he raises me all in, i call.

He shows A 10, leaving him with only three tens.

with one card to go, i felt almost certain i had it, but no

flop comes up, A 8 K A 10
