just in case anyone is reading this with none of the background - potripper was a high ranking employee / consultant who had access (which the vast majority of employees dont) to be able to see the hole cards of players

It's not a general flaw in the software or in the random number generator - it was a rogue members high up with in the organisation - using a test system which he shouldnt have been

Employees/Site Owners....Yes they can.

Hackers.....It would not be worth it for hackers. Hackers ( In the West) with the level of Expertise are few and far between, possible there is 8 or 9 in the world and most of them work for people like the SIS, Mossad or CIA, If there was a "WildCard" out there they would probably find a one hit wonder on a bank more productive, with less chance of being took to book.

Now The East my be a diffrent story (China, Russia) I am currently under the impression there is a Russia with an International Warrant on him. Who may have the skill, but its not related to Net Poker.

Re-Report

I have looked through my extensive records from the last 8 years and I found "PAYUP" in another server, in 2004/2005.

I have sent an email to the server involved pointing out the article
( see BOB's post above) waiting for a reply, I will post in here if any thing constructive or helpfull to members of 4kings come of it. ( with the servers permission of course)
