If anyone has problems with chat abuse at FT, this might be of some help.

When playing in a Sit n Go tourney recently, one player was chatting in a foreign language (even after being asked to speak in English) and possibly degrading another player. He also told what he held when a hand was in progress. After sending an e-mail to FT about this, their reply was:

"Rest assured, we will take the appropriate action toward the offending players. For future chat infractions, you can copy a section of the chat log by highlighting the chat area with your cursor and pressing Ctrl+C. Then paste the chat into your e-mail by pressing Ctrl+V. This will assist us in taking prompt action as we investigate the issue."

Or of course, if you don't like the chat, you also have the option to turn chat off.
