Fulltilt start his promo Fast$50 in September, they give a $50 Bonus if you are a real money player that deposit before, you got 10 days to active the bonus and 21 days to cleared, bonus is release in $10 increments.

Do you guys get it?.

I also got it. It's a great thing FT is doing, giving out free $ w/out any clause.
One thing I don't know is, does it affect in any way ur rakeback?

At the end you get less than the $100 but still is great.

This is the explanation.

In $100 bonus you need to earn 1667 points to clear it.
you earn 7 points for every $1 in rake collected for tourneys, so you'll need to pay $238 in rake to reach those 1667 points.

you're MGR over that period will be $238 of rake - $100 of bonus = $138 .
You will get rb on the $138 only = $37.26 + $100 bonus = $137.26.

If you don´t have the bonus and play the same $238 of rake you would earn $238 * .27 = $64.26 in rb.

So, you are getting less rakeback with bonus ($37.26 instead of $64.26) but in total you are getting $73 more ($137.26 instead of only $64.26 with out the bonus).

So still you get $73 free.

I got a $100 bonus. Noticing that not everyone's is the same amount.
I didn't activate mine yet because I won't be playing that much over the weekend (or today.. or yesterday) but will likely activate it sometime next week. I'm not going to alter my typical schedule of games I play on Fulltilt but might add a few more than usual (ie. instead of playing 1 set of 4-6sngs, I'll probably play two sets of them). Not concerned about clearing the entire bonus... whatever clears... clears. Anything extra is fine by me.

While what you say is true for tourneys, wish I could figure out what it would be for ring since FTP uses the dealt method vs contributed for pts. Any math majors here? Seems like this not possible to figure out since it's not based on your costs, but the table as a whole.

For some reason I got a $300 bonus. I rarely play on FT though, maybe thats why. Only because I don't have any funds there, until now ($5) and their freerolls are a little tough to cash in. It says it will be released in $10 increments, hope I can at least get one release with my tiny BR.

Twenty-three $10 sng's will almost get you $10 released. So with $5 you'd have to be a HUGE heater to even get $10 imo.

When playing ring games I just check my FTP balance at the start of a session & then check it again at the end of it. This gives me a rough idea of what kind of volume I'll need to put in at that limit to clear a bonus.
