because i don't play at a lot of different sites i only have a few others to compare with. but fulltilt charged me .50c for a $2 touny. seems a bit excessive to me. i thought most places charged about 10% of entry.

Looks like 50 cents is the fee for all the low buyin private tourneys, even the dollar ones (thats really ridiculous). I don't see any other type of tourneys that charge .50 fee for 2 dollar tournaments, so I guess that's the price you pay, but on the flip side, there is added money so I guess it balances out.

Yah thats BS ...its always been the norm to (add on)10% of the entry at most sites.. I think they r just getting 2 greedy those rat bassturds

Not sure if was a mistake by FT, but 4kp game today was a $2 + 20c fee.

10% is the norm everywhere else tk , but i noticed it dropped to 20c for todays at FT....maybe Bob had a word , or it was a mistake in the first place.

At my local card room MTTS cost between $65 and $110 and the house get 10% but WOW aint no free rolls or $2 MTTS at the card room.

not sure if they have finally changed their policy on this - great if they have

but certainly in the past they had a minimum 50 cent reg fee on private games which was why we upped the buyins to $2 so it made it at least percentage wise a bit more reasonably

although far from ideal as we normally have 10% fees on games elsewhere fulltilt did seem out of step on this

lets hope it is something that they have changed rather than a mistake

FT has always been brutal to affiliate managers and with excess rake to those wanting to make a bigger better site? FT reminds me of government, will always take with any opportunity.


With that being said, just last weekend, Carbon and a Thanksgiving trny with $500
but they up'd the rake too, to even it out
