Thread: Tilt Has Both Front- & Back End User Problems

Exclamation Tilt Has Both Front- & Back End User Problems

Full tilts site is very unstable in July the server went down twice and there GUIs (graphical User Interface)---your option to post autoblinds selection has a serious bug in it which can disconnect, freeze screens, and or force a player to sit out on a hand. For me my small blind never posts and im forced to sit out 2 hands. This is particularly frustrating when u are sitting at a table of 6 and u can only play 3 out of 6 hands.
I have talked to several players now that there screen freezes and where the flop occurs on the table, bettting screens are whited out..... Blank screens. The funniest part is that the table continues but u cant see your hand, but u cant see the flop, or vica versa but....hey, u still have the option to bet---lol. Talking about blinds in a literal sense.

Also i notice the more people on the site the slower the games are played ---becomes very very sluggish (40000+). An indicator that their Server can not handle that amount + players on the site. IF that is the case it can cause a chain reaction and can lock out ALL players on the site (happened twice in July--2 days in a row after they did upgrades on their site on Sunday before)....and ALL players suffer. Shut down for 2 hours and all real money games were cancelled...

The problem is that if Tilt does not upgrade or maintain their site---their going to have even greater and more serious problems later maginifying as the site grows. The bug seems to be originating from their download --software which is effecting the client to server connection. The client to server connection its not corresponding and or responding to commands by the players. The more players place commands on the site the greater the client to server connection problem grows....thats why it crashed in July.

The end result is that screens freezes and or the tilt connection is lossed. Once u lose the connection it takes about 3-5 minutes for u to get back into your game---this is extremely frustrating to tourney players. By the time u get reconnnected u have lost alot of chips ---depending on the blinds of course---

I have written several complaints to Tilt and warned them a week before there server collapsed in July that they have a serious bug....there response to my email is that they are having technical difficulties and a high level of emails because of these technical difficulties..... There are ALOT of Players having problems....
Problems (big ones) still exist on Tilt's Site...
    Anyone having same problems?!#

PS I have 3 PCs and a laptop i play off of. The same problem is occuring on all of them....nor is it my internet connection--satellite and broadband. Unistalling and Installing the software does not help the problem either.

    Wow

I have never had such a problem using any of the Full Tilt software whether it be the local GUI or server side.

I do understand from what was told that it was the ISP causing the connection problems. There was so many people logged on at once the ISP that Tilt was using didn't have the bandwidth available on that line.

If this was the case, then it would explain why it is still sluggish only when numerous amounts of users are on. It may be that reason and not their servers themselves.

I'm sure they lost alot of money from having to cancel all those games, even it occuring once should let them know, that if it was their servers, they should upgrade if only for that reason. I'm sure they don't want to have to lose another 2+ hours in downtime for something they could control.

    Default Full Tilt Withdrawal

Do these software problems have any effect on withdrawal attempts. In other words, have there been any reported issues in reclaiming real money earnings?

    Please advise.

    thanks,

    Default fulltilt reliable and secure

    hi

Full Tilt is the 2nd largest poker site - PokerStars is the largest

you should have NO problems withdrawing money from the top / biggest sites

All the sites we have reviewed should also have a reliable record of security and getting to your money when wanted -

it has got more difficult for US players as methods of deposit etc have changed but that seems to be settled in a bit more now

It's worth bearing in mind that 99% of posts in forums that are negative about any site saying that have cash out issues - turn out to be down to the player breaking the obvious rules - like multiple accounts at one site etc

    hope thats a help

    cheers scrawnybob

    Thumbs down

WOW, you hit the nail on the head
I have been disconnected so many times from fulltilt it isnt funny anymore, i dont see how i can be disconnected when my broadband is still functioning.
Also if you register in the freeroll tournaments : ie:- 2700 seat omaha hi the screen freezes, as you said it all goes white and blanks out whatever else your playing at that time.
I also have been having trouble with the auto post of blinds.
    BUGS BUGS YES YES
