Default full tilt - good / bad

They make this site seem like it is the ultimate poker site I actually think it's not very good.

I've seen lots of pros going at it the NL tables. The other night Junda, Matsou, Dags, Huck Seed and I one other guy (maybe chip reece) were all going at it on two different tables at the same time. It beat watching Poker on ESPN. Everytime I seem Matsou on there he always gets busted. I love it.

Default full tilt - ultimate site ??

    hi Mirage

not sure how you read the full review and thought I'm saying Full Tilt is the ultimate site

personally I'm not a big fan of flashy cartoon avatars - and I say so in the review

the site gets and overall 7/10 which is about average for my reviews and so about 18th out of 30 reviews online.

the site has a 6/10 fish rating which tells you it isn't that easy to win at like for example - pacific, poker heaven, titan, noble or royal vegas

when I do the reviews I try to be objective I also try to think about players who may not be looking for the same thing as me - some players clearly love fulltilt

maybe its - the avatars, the fact that the pros sometimes play, the software or the decent level of competition

I have to try to reflect the whole market and hopefully if you actually read the full reviews they should provide a good way to compare the sites

Its all horses for courses -

One person may want to put up with the dull software at party or pacific because I've rightfully pointed out this fact but also that they are easy places to win money - and so I give them more choices of similar 8/10+ fish factor sites like pokerheaven (which has nice software too) or titan & noble.

Another person maybe easily put off with new software and be very comfortable at PokerRoom and so they want to know where else they can signup within the same network-
    hollywood, holdempoker, europoker etc

Another player may only be looking for tougher sites with tournament action - so pokerstars, full tilt, paradise & maybe ultimatebet, pokerroom, ladbrokes & doyles room

Someone else may really like to have bling and different software and want different look to all the others - full tilt, bodog, wptonline, ultimatebet & everest are all a bit different.

Again another player doesn't want to hang around for a game no matter if some of the smaller sites are juicier - so party, pokerstars, pokerroom, paradise, ultimatebet

You have to read the full reviews and make an informed decision from the info

    cheers scrawnybob
