im not really gonna weigh in on whether tilt is rigged or not even though my opinion is that it isnt........but know that if you play 10,000 hands on full tilt and 10,000 hands on each and every other poker site on the internet you are going to see some stuff you think is fishy on each and every site....as well as play 10,000 hands on a table at the palms....gonna prolly see somethin fishy there as well....

aces I full hardedly agree with you. People will call sites rip offs or excuse it of cheating, but really its just bad luck that they have accord and as a result to their bad beats they feel like they were set up or cheated. But when they win they say nothing.

Default Full tilt

People on full tilt are always playing the worst hands. Even on the higher level ring games. And possibly end up winning . Most of the time actually. But I cant say its rigged just super unlucky.

Full Tilt is not as bad as players make it out to be.

I used to feel the same way when I first signed up, losing more than half my bankroll.

Then I decided to improve my game and play better instead of blaming the way my opponents played.

Since then I have recovered my losses and more, mostly by playing in tournaments (but not freerolls)

Once you learn what games to play and what limits to play and how your opponents play, I find that most sites are quite similar.

Full Tilt is still my favorite

as far as games being "rigged". of course its possible, just like its possible to get a crooked dealer or something to that affect in live play. in my opinion they are not rigged at all. i think people get mad at a bad beat or suckout and are simply searching for someone else to blame. for example you get dealt pocket A's and go all in pre-flop. some one calls with say 3 6 unsuited and sucks out a straight to send you home. now fair enough that was a donk ass call but can you really blame it on him or the sight. NO!!!! its your fault for leaving a game of skill up to a coin toss, right. the only reason i say this is i watch alot of poker on t.v. and have seen some of the worst suckouts and bad beats ever, and if you think that a national tournament full of pros is rigged than your insane.

Default Ftp Blues

I have seen many a dollar go down the tubes many times. The way the cards peel off when I am holding a big pocket pair fall to flops like 2c-5c-6c on flop and 4c on turn and my set hitting on river to lose to opponents 10d-3h and say, again!!! I was so flustered at one point to say all internet sites were skimming by someone connected to the site. What regulatory body oversees such sites? I have witnessed many absurdities. I felt scammed and cheated whenI played real money games. Then When I watched the pro I saw Gus Hansen keep rags against his opponents rags and the hands changed with ever drop of the card with hansen making~~~~~~~quads of the river and winning a monster hand and tournament. Sheesh, I guess such thing happen in the real world all the time despite the long shott odds of it happening. My biggest observation after having played one particular table for over three years and I mean daily and for hours on end, how certain seat positions appear to pay off very consistently....and then cyclically alternate like the tide under the moons influence.

Default I have become more solid at FTP

It is a game. Like a ll games skill players will most often come out on top. Some think they are so skilled they should not lose when a less skill player is charmed with the luck of the deal. Randomness is still random, skill is still skill, and luck is most welcomed when I comes my way, and cynicism when it doesn't. Know what I mean Vern? lmao

FULL TILT DEF HAS A LOT MORE AGGRESSIVE PLAYERS THAN BODOG. oVER THE TOP MOVES ARE VERY COMMON. tHE rIGGED QUESTION IS INTERESTING. dONT THINK ANY OF THE SITES ARE RIGGED BY THE SITE TO STEAL UR MONEY. I DOUBT THE RANDOMNESS OF THE CARDS HOWEVER. IF I AM SHOVING WITH ak I WOULD MUCH RATHER DO IT LIVE WHERE I CAN SEE THE CARDS BEING SHUFFLED

thank you for pointing out the fact it's a "game".

and i'm the first to say skill counts a little more bun when i wrote down the post- i watched it happen, thought about the hand over and over in my head, and then decided to post it because my point is it cannot be played in any other way without one losing all hes got (if they get to that board pre-flop)

so again thanks for pointing out those facts but any speciffic comments maybe?

Default How Funny OFF4ME!!!

Jacks......I remember you and this situation when I drew the fourth Queen. Some call it a bad beat. Some call me "River Rat." But I have been playing at FULLTILTPOKER exclusively now for three and one-half years. I have seen this happen many times in various situations. I have been busted many times thinking I had the NUTS! But then again... I have come to learn, the Nuts are the Nuts, and Wanna Be Nuts aren't nuts at all.
Sorry you lost that hand pal, "I felt your pain and sting." Lmao.... Some would say, as I learned in the Navy back in the 60's, Jack! "Back-off, Jack off and reseed. Look forward to playing with you again in the near future.

once again, yesterdays freeroll has proved me full tilt poker is not a site for a solid "one big bet an hour" player. i dont play freerolls anymore btw, but even now as i became a real not bad at all IMO poker player i dont think ill ever invest there out of my own pocket and the reason for that- believe me or not, isnt even the players themselves. its their card random dealer.

i've played long enough to say what i'm saying here- this site is if not rigged, then its deffinately a big joke for someone who thinks he has the nuts till the E-dealer proves him wrong once again.

its not about odds, not about plays its about making a card player go insane when this "bullshit" they are running on the board again and again and once again- just for you, the player who thought he has seen it all and used to believe poker was a game of skill- not luck.

my examples are simple i think, compairing to the ones i already saw you guys talk about, what a surpirse: only at/about full tilt poker.

the pros may not agree with me because their game- earned money comes from their huge bluffs or playing the players, but in an all-in situation/showdown it becomes a joke.

ok, so its not a big deal that i lose all-in preflop with my QQ to pocket 66's though their are a massive underdog at this situation but the more amazing hand was this:

the flop comes 10 7 Q.... a raise and a reraise and the obvious allin from both players-

one player is holding posket 10's the other had Q8 (btw you all think Q8 is a playable hand?!)

so the turn comes Q to give the 10's a full house and trips to the Q8.....

the river (the damn unbe"you still havent seen it all"lieveble FTP river) is another Q to complete a four of a king to the Q8 guy...

WHAT?? WHAT ELSE THERE IS TO SAY???

its not that the Q8 guy is a complete donk, but the random cards are just UNREAL at full tilt poker.

freerolls? ill play no problem. real money??? for what, for this?!?!
