main event freeroles

i like the fact that they are giving you a chance top win a seat to the main event but the way people play to try to make to the second round is crazy.
first of all the freeroles are turbos (3 min. blinds). in the beginning of each tourney every is always going all in. and anyone can suck out at any time calling with crap and destroying pocket rockets lol. i find my self going into a cash tourney playing crazy like that then having to realize that i must play different because if i dont change, i can go broke real quick. got a round two ticket playing crazy, hope i do good on it

It's the only way to get enough money quick enough to actually be able to play in those freerolls... plus with a new one starting every 5 minutes what do you really have to lose?

thats exactly what i also think, turbos are a great way trom build up ur own free bankroll!!

I have played in these since they started. On the first day, I won 2 round 2 tickets. I haven't even come close since. Couldn't get a hand in either round 2 tournament. They are fun, just like the PAD (poker after dark) tournaments. They are useful in survival in the early stages and stradegy in the later parts. But they are quick. I love them.

here's a tip, join as many ME freerolls as you can and just keep going all in preflop with like 5 people and when you finally win 1 you just play that 1 normal and after the first half n hour there is only like 90 people left and ur in top 5, its not hard at all its just waitin for that hand where u quadruple up

rd 1 is kinda crazy and fishy, since you have them coming in 3 mins, people just go all in first few hands
i actually got to the final round and was amazed the poor playing that still was going on, still i got out early on a race jeez.
