whats the deal

i won a round 2 ticket in a main event freeroll the other day and im not sure if its just my damn comp or if its full tilts website but every damn time i try to redeem my ticket to play the next round all i get is invalid link on their site and im way beyond frustrated and about to break something. anyone else have this problem or just me
