Important news on Bank Charges!

Hello All,

For all the English players out there this is very important news if you have ever been levvied bank Charges.

The OFT on the 6th April deemed it unfair and subsiquently illigal for you're bank to levy charges of unproportionate ammounts that do not justify the 'Administrative costs'.

You know the ones....... £38 to send back a Direct Debit (that a computer does) and send you an automated letter.

You can now claim back ALL charges for the past SIX years.

They will fight you, but you are now by statute law right to claim.

I have just sent my preliminary letter off and hope many of you out there do too.
