This a sad day for me on just reading that keyboardist for the band Lynyrd Skynyrd Billy Powell has passed away from an apparent heart attack. Lynyrd Skynyrd is and always will be one of the greatest Rock Bands of all time. I have changed my avatar in tribute to Lynyrd Skynyrd & Billy Powell. sorry to hear that. Skynyrd was one of my favorite bands as a teenager. we would listen to Freebird over and over.

i hear skynard almost every day and it sad to hear that he is gone. i heard that powell practically wrote freebird by him self. the world will miss him
