Banned for a month

Yet again ive banned for so called abuse,funny because i didnt abuse anyone,but what really makes me sick is that everytime i get proper abuse from players i.e. from the states and i call a mod all they get is a polite....please dont use foul language enjoy your game blah blah blah and the players still manage to be able to type,yet all the brits i have spoken to have had the same problems as i have!!why dont the players from the states get the same quick ban as we do???
Theres no consistency whatsoever in these rules,it seems to be one rule for one and another rule for another!!ive had enough of it,is crap a swear word in america???yet over here in England our dictionary classes it as a vulgar,it needs to be sorted out.If the word i wrote is a swear in the states then why hasnt it been blocked them???im confused!

Welcome to the forum (not a good start your first post is a complain, but oh well)

The true is that every one that get chat banned is for a reason, don't think had nothing to do if you are from the states or other countries.

If don't like what you read in the chat and think is against the rules just report the player, or better, just block the chat for that player, most sites got that option.

If you are the chat banned, deal with it, try to moderate your language and you don't have a problem in the future.

Personally, I've never had any dealing with mods or been chat banned myself...so I can't really comment on your US/UK discrimination argument.

One question;
When you received the ban, did PS tell you exactly what phrase/words caused it?

Seriously maybe it's because the chat banners at Stars don't understand our sense of humour and that leads to misunderstanding. Maybe you should email Stars and explain they may be kind and let you back in. To be honest I think at times the chat box should be taken off poker rooms it often ends up being a distraction.

So sorry for joining and bitching,but at 0245hrs and that happens i had to come somewhere and vent,i replied with 2 messages to the support of PS but no reply(because they know they are in the wrong probably)to be honest PS is becoming a bit too predictable with the flops.I didnt get the ban playing in the UK/IRE tournie it was on a cash table with some numtit calling with any 2cards and donking out almost everysingle time.
They did write me an email saying what i had said,i wrote 'calling with a pre flop with 10 9 unsuited??your a prat!' im pretty sure that is not swearing but you never know with the americans way with the english language.(no offence america but its OUR language yea)

Check this out,playing in the hubble NL tournie last night a player called BAILI JO(female)after a few check/raises against her out come the abuse calling me a skilless piece of shi*,donkeys arse Cu..etc,i call a mod and nothing happens,but i got my own back after her noob all ins dropped pocket5s and hit the other 2 on the flop then the abuse really came in but yet still no mods,she was american as well so yet again it opens my eyes to the unfairness against us UK players.BAILI JO your named and shamed.

Emailing chatabuse@pokerstars.com would probably be more effective than telling us, there are other options available apart from calling a moderator.
