How do you fit it all in

I need a couple more hours in my day.
This is roughly how my day goes.

6.30am Out of bed.Pot of tea while reading forums/news.That takes me to 9am.

9am Off out for walk and shopping.Thats a couple of hours.

11am Bit of exercising/tidy house/Lunch.

2.30pm Off to work back at 7pm.

7pm - 8pm Dinner and clean up.

8pm - 10pm(roughly).Bit of poker and read forums/news again.



Then at 6.30am it starts all over again

How do you get the most out of your day?

Finding more time... I did it by getting rid of the job. After 16 years of working, my company had a layoff. I had tucked away enough money in the bank, even after raising 4 kids, that I was able to get out of the 9 to 5 routine at age 46.
Then what I encountered is others want to use up your free time. So no matter how much free time you have, all of it can be used up in things you are not interested in. It is hard to keep in focus and be sure your time is not being taken away from you.

Another way to get free time is to get older, like 62 or 65. Then file for social security. Nothing like aging to add time to your schedule. I mean by the time you are 62, do your morning hygiene routine, look out the window, etc., it is time for bed within five hours. It's like whatever happened to a 24 hour day. Things seem more like a five or eight hour day.

I have seen way too many people in their 50's taking out another mortgage on the property they have owned for 25 years and now they owe $100,000 more than what they bought the place originally for. A hint people, get the mortgage paid off by age 50. Too many have been trained into thinking a home is an ATM. What should be free living becomes their penal colony.

Hope you can find a way to find more free time in the day. I hate when I use my exercise time(sometime between noon and 5pm) to get in poker. I try to play poker only when the sun is down.
