    Default Happy Thanksgiving Canada !!

    It,s happy Thanksgiving Monday Oct.11th for Canada.I like our thanksgiving in October.They say its due to giving thanks for a good harvest.Which makes sense as our growing season ends earlier than in the US.I wouldn,t like the thanksgiving in late November as it is in the US.The holiday is too close to the the starting of the Xmas season imo.

    Thank You for the greeting! The judge and Washerwoman enjoyed the festivities here at my home in Canada this year.Sorry I haven't been on much the last 2 weeks as my time has been well spent entertaining my fellow forum members from abroad.

    Yes we do have turkey also. Our dinner consisted of turkey, capon, ham, pasta and all the extra trimmings.Mark & Mel were stunned at the amount of food that was prepared for one meal. Lol!
