Ah...tandoori chicken is chicken breast pieces, or an entire side of chicken, any part you like really, marinated in natural yogourt and a tandoori spice mix...which can be bought from any Asian supermarket pre-mixed (you can buy all the ingredients yourself and mix them but this is far less painful and time consuming)...about a tablespoon to 300 g yogourt and 5 chicken breasts...u can add more or less spice and chicken and yogourt to taste...bake in the oven, about 190 deg F for about 30-40 mins. Flash quickly under the grill to give it a "charcoal look" and garnish with cilantro...or flat leaf parsley, lemon wedges...add some naan bread (heated) or pappadoms, spiced indian pickle or sweet mango...or a selection, loads of garlic sauce...and off u go...ENJOY!!
