I can remember when Backgammon was all the rage. And actually many Poker Professionals back in the day used to play backgammon for large sums of money.Back then 10,000 a game was alot to play for.

i never considered cribbage a board game. you peg the game on a board to keep score but i consider it a card game.

I used to play Risk when I was a kid....good basis for poker.

HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.. Maybe yah might be rite.. the scoring is on the board and it is played with a full deck of cards.. sum people here are a few cards short here of a full deck lol.....
