Neteller charges to exchange

Made a withdrawal from a site today and depositted at another when i checked my Neteller account i noticed they are now charging to exchange ££££s into $$$$$s and vice versa

That's annoying...I use neteller for all my poker transactions....What's the charge?

I think what has happened is that they have just changed the way things show up in your account
Where before they just showed what you either deposit or withdraw to/from a site now they show their charges as well which before was hidden
I dont think there is any change in what you actually have deposit or withdrawn
