Heres the logic we use in florida if it were to be like this

She take an accidental death, something which she would of serve no or very little time, and turns it into a death row case (dont forget 3 years ago we were told we will all be shocked when we hear what really happened and this was from her parents) and have this girl wait in jail 3 years and then when the death trial begins they turn it into an accident (something that could of been resolved years ago) Its like watching a family push an all in bet for future finicial gain MAKES NO SENSE. and you know why it makes no sense YA 90% of the people know except that idotic jury from pennalis county that I guess needed video tape of her committing the crime in order to connect even one dot

If you believe in KARMA check this out, I think CAYLEE (the deceased kid) has a plan. First Roy Krunk (the meter reader) brings the police out to the body and the cop wont search cause its too swampy and the cop saw a snake (and a typical cop who doesnt want to do their job unless they can bust you with a joint or something) 2nd Texas Eqquisearch is feet away from the body in their search and dont goto the body casue its too swampy. NOw one week before the mom is to be released, (FIRST WHERE THEY FOUND THE BODY IS A BIG MMEMORIAL IN THE WOODS) well yesterday lightning struck the tree right where the body was up against. I keep telling folks it might not be a week it might a decade from now but karma Caylee has her eye on chlorform mommy.

TO make matters even worse, USA want to pass caylees law in which its a felony not to report a missing kid and the public is like you have to make a law like this to tell people they should report their missing kid

To be honest with you i told people she would be found not guilty. Its how the legal system works, if you dont present enough evidence to prove without a reasonable doubt that she was guilty then the jury has no choice but to say not guilty. Im not saying she was innocent but this is how the legal system works and the prosecutors should be to blame because they are the one's who blew the case. While people may not like it im sure if any of us or our family was on trial we would want the same rights to a fair trial as everyone else. Even the prosecutor said that he thinks the legal system works and if the jury feels there isnt enough evidence then they should vote not guilty and thats what they did.
