I'm getting emails constantly from 4king,with thread updates. How do I turn this feature off. LOL.Don't mind the pm alert but the other is too much.Thanks.

think I've sorted it for you - you should remain subscribed to a thread but not receive notification when the thread is updated - think that's what you were after

I think you should be able to change so features like this by going into your profile and then clicking on the user options link (top right)
