1/2 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
2 oz chocolate milk
1 1/2 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1 1/2 oz Perrier® soda water

Root100

This was introduced to me by a fine son-in-law. It had been a while since he had drank. So I bought him a Bacardi Razz Passion Fruit liter for a Christmas present. I said that his Root100 in the freezer might taste good in ice cream, about a month back.

Well, fast forward to today. I am making me a bowl of ice cream with caramel topping. My son-in-law pulls the Root100 out of the freezer and he said, Hey, you can now see if it tastes good in ice cream. I said, You know what son-in-law, you drink a swig of that now, and I will put a shot in my ice cream. He goes GULP, looks at the Root100 bottle and says cheers. He drinks a good amount from the tap! I get out my shot glass, Pour a shot, dump it into my bowl of ice cream. Goes good together.

It is good!!!
