bad beats

i was beat last night with a straight flush . i had 4 5 spades on the big blind and it flopped 6 7 8 of spades y heart sank when i saw the other guys hand was 9 10 i did nothing wrong he went allin after the flop i had to call . can you beat that

I had 4 of a kind on the flop...and I got beat by a straight flush on the river

wow those are some bad beats ive never had one that bad but really the straight flush thing on the flop isnt that bad a beat
