Just got home today from being in Clarksdale mississippi for the big Blues festival down there ...if there is any blues fans out there ya have to go there once in your life at least ... it truly is ground zero for the blues and nothing beats a good night out at a juke joint

Beal street during memphis in may is pretty great.....stood in line for 2 hours just to get in BB Kings bar to listen to him jam....was a good time....it's like mardi gras in new orleans......lol

I only live roughly 45 minutes from Memphis so I go to Beale Street all the time ... they do have some awesome street preformers down there also besides the big names. But, Still hard to compare them to Clarksdale where the Delta blues was born .... with the likes of Muddy Waters and Robert Johnson. I checked out the link was a great little band there thanx ...peAce
