I'm 27 years old and have been playing online poker for little over 4 years.But have played with my gramma starting way back when i was 14 years of age.She first taught me Rummy,she was really good at it,but i hated it and just wanted to play "WAR"

Gramma wasn't much good at other card games like ''HOLDEM'' or ''52 PICKUP'' like i was though,we would bet with anything pennies,nickels,dimes,and quarters,i would always take all grammas money she hated it(SORRY GRAM).But Thanks gram you taught me alot

I was born in 1946 B.C. (before computers.) I have lived in seven different decades and I've played poker for over 50 years. Every Friday night of my life, mom and dad had friends over for the three hour poker game. We kids had another game going with match sticks. Then, my cousin came up with the bright idea of fleecing his cousins, so he charged us a penny for each one... minimum buy in of 5 cents. Hey, in 1955 that was a lot!!

So....if I could have voted in the poll, I would be the lone standout in the 55+ category. Come on children, give the old man a break!!! lol
