Creation of Women

In the prelude to Genesis, not found in most Bibles, reads the following passage:

and God saw that Adam was lonely and needed a helpmate. So He went to Adam and told him He was going to create a helper. She would bow at his feet, meet his every need, worship the ground he walks on. She would provide for him and never disobey any command. She would be called woman. God told Adam all he would need to create this being was an arm and a leg. Adam thought about it for a moment, then asked

"What can I get for a rib"
