Just a message to all Canadians who play on Titan (or who might be considering playing on Titan).
Titan has been holding a couple of tournaments lately (run at least once per week each) that have ca$h-added to the prizepools by Titan & are restricted to Canadians only. These games need to have a minimum of 10entrants in order to run. They've been in the Titan lobby now for ~2mos. and only once did they actually get enough entrants to meet the min. requirement. (seems like such a shame... site is handed out free $'s to Canucks, gives them an oppurtunity to play a restricted tourney with fellow Canucks & yet it almost never gets off the ground??).
I actually sent out a bunch of pms', emails, etc. last week... the only time we actually had enough entrants to run it. Again hoping to generate some interest in these & will update when the tourneys are coming up in this thread.

Tonight there were two games in the lobby.... first one is scratched already .... 'not enough entrants' (only 4 were reg'd.). Another starts in 20mins. & so far only 5 reg'd. for it.

Here's the tourneys:
20:00(est) $5rebuy Poker Night In Canada ($100added) Titan
20:30(est) $3rebuy 'Canucks R Us' ($150added) Titan

(times posted are EST although in the tourney lobby they will be in GMT > ie. today's are July14 01:00 & 01:30)

Just to clarify, these are 'not' private forum games. They are special tournaments on Titan that are restricted to "Canadians Only". They can be found in 'Tournaments' > 'Private'.

Hopefully we can start getting more Canucks showing up for these & have them run regularly.

Also, there's an LATM series that is also open to Canucks - 4 tournaments each month ranging from $1rebuy to $10 rebuy with $500 - $2,500 added.

To all Canadians who play on Titan poker, there is another one of those 'cash-added' tournaments on Titan tomorrow.

Mon.July 18 20:00(est) $5rebuy ($100added) Poker Night In Canada - Titan

... these games need a min. of 10entrants to run them & so far we've only been able to play 2 of them. Here's hoping a few more Canadians can find them & we can make a regular game out of it (they're on at least a couple of times per week).

Just a reminder to all Canadians here on 4kingpoker. There's a bunch of games being held on Titan these days that have great added value - - The LATM series: 4 tournaments each month, ranging from a $1rebuy to a $10rebuy with between $500 & $2,500 added by the pokersite!!!
There's also a few other tournaments opened to Canadians (only) > $3r/a 'Canucks R Us' with $150added & the $5rebuy 'PokerNightInCanada' with $100added. Both of these tournaments need a minimum of 10entrants in order to run & so far have only met the minimum requirement a few times (but consistency & numbers are growing... slowly). These are great games with nice prizes & an oppurtunity to come out & play on the tables with other Canadians. Also the oppurtunity to play vs. alot of the same players each time (somewhat similiar to a priv. forum game).

Next game is Monday evening at 20:30est $3r/a LATM with $750added (the LATM series is open to Central & South Americans as well).

Titan has also been holding a fantastic Depositors Bonus for Canucks - - deposit the minimum & you're eligible to play in a $2,500 freeroll the following month. The past two mos. there's only been around 75 entrants in these & 1st place is close to $700 (I haven't played in any of them 'yet' but last month a friend of mine from a poker forum took 1st place & the month before another one of the forum regs. 'given68' took 3rd I believe, for ~$400). Not too shabby for making the minimum deposit!
