Different sites have different rules on how they count 'raked hands'.
Usually you have to be playing on a cash table to accumulate these, NOT tournaments.

I would advise you to contact the support team on that site and they will advise you further...

On Boss Media which PokerHeaven is part of a raked hand is got on cash tables.

A raked hand is a hand that you have contributed to. So if you are the BB on a .05/.10 NLHE table you put in .10 as long as there is a flop and the pot is higher than .20 there will be a rake. the rake is 5% on Boss.

If you fold without putting any money in the pot, it doesn't mater how big the pot gets you won't count it as a raked hand.

I find the best way to get into the raked games is to spend a little time on the Stud tables. Because you post an ante every hand almost every hand is a raked hand so you get around 30-40 raked hands per hour.

I hope that helps, it's simple but doesn't look that way when you type it out

Default tournament rake shoudl count too

    hi

I think the rake (fee) on tournaments at pokerheaven should count too - but NB has pretty much covered it

looking at the freeroll games with a rake requirement some have only 5 raked hands in last 24hrs requirement

other like the ones below have a much higher requirement

    Daily €250 Daily Freeroll €250
50 raked hands in the previous 24 hours

Monthly (Last Tuesday) €25,000 Loyalty Freeroll €25000
1500 raked hands in the previous 30 days

hope thats a help - also you can check how you are doing on rake (and rakeback if youve signed up to poker heaven via 4kingpoker) and your FPP's to in the player zone at pokerheaven

    cheers scrawnybob

The tournament fees count to your frequent player points which the bonus seems to be based on but i have never seen it count to the raked hands.

I've played the Monthly games a couple of times and it's a tough game.

Log out and log in after playing to get rake hands. Then try to register to the tournaments with minimum number of raked hands as buy ins.
