Titan Poker Service/Software?

Has anyone else experienced poor customer service/support from Titan?
I was playing in the (excellent 4kingpoker) Sunday FR until an hour ago and then... magically set to Sit Out. Then, I proceeded to try and log back in (NB this is nothign to do with my connection as happily working away doing other stuff)... and every time i click login.. I'm told "This user is already logged in"!. More than a little annoying. So the message says please contact customer support. But of course you cant use the customer support service online unless LOGGED IN!

Extremley annoying, especially as I had put myself into 2nd with a massive chip lead over 3rd! (1st was on a blissful 90% "sit out" table!

Anyways.. I'm pretty miffed to say the least... and getting less and less postitive about the Titan software and customer support.

Anyone had similar experiences? Or am i just unlucky?

(p.s. Rob - the joint forum tournament is a gem... just disappointed with Titan)... fingers crossed for a token as compensation maybe!

I had the same problem which I posted in one of the other sub-forums, my connection was fine coz the rest of my stuff was working just couldnt get on to Titan

Hey Dazzler, just got an apology email from them saying they had a s/w update going on:
"Please note that we had a system update which have caused you to experience some connection problems. We would like to inform you that this matter has now been resolved and we have manually deleted your previous attempts to log in. You may now be able to access your account. "

Responded stating that this is hardly a good excuse especially as they are a 24/7 service. The frsustrating thing was that there was no live support if you arent logged in.

Anyway - sent my tournie code in and see what will happen.

let me know how this pans out - usually the sites will sort something out for players - it varies from site to site how they deal with server probs

please give me a shout if this doesnt get sorted out for you and I will contact Titan with info you can give me

The server are pretty good, the used to be bad awhile ago but they're decent now.

TITAN is a very good website, sometimes there are some little problems that's true but it's nothing when you compare with others rooms ...

I have to say i like titan, played at CD poker before another ipoker skin and they were awful.
