Titan performance/connection problems...
Just wondered if I am the only one to experience performance/connection problems. I had the following problems:
Approx one week ago, lost connection (to Titan) within a tournament and could not log back on for approx 5 min. This was not an Internet problem, as I still could play on other sites without any problem.
The last three days I experience massive performance problems: often when trying to check the m"My Account" page by pressing the button, I have to wait between 2and 5 min till it works but sometimes I just get the message "Server is busy". Three days ago I tried to contact on line support because of this but I did not get any answer within 30 min. after logging back on yesterday I was contacted with the an sorry and the question "How can we help you...". So I tried to reformulate my questions and just got the answer that they have sometimes heavy load on the Account servers...
Today I registered for a free roll. After pressing the register button it took Titan poker 5 min. till finally the pop up box appeared to tell that registration was unsuccessful. And again I could play on other sites without any problem.
I never experienced anything like this with Full Tilt or Party Poker. So this just does not make me feel at ease, when playing Titan...
Are there any others with similar experiences?
