Nice point there.
I'm not a yogi master yet and don't really know if i have some 'tells' to give to my opponents but as far as i see, while playing at home with same players for a year now, it seems like i'm still able to dismiss the strenght of my hand to them. Cool.
I don't wear other glasses that the one i need to but will almost always wear a cap (as i do anywhere else BTW) and hide behind it whenever i want to hide or show something. I usually mute myself cause i feel like my voice is more dangerous to me than my face.
The bad thing is that i'm still blind to their own tells.
Which led me to think i'm not particularly good at observing my opponents, a real handicap to get better live. I should probably read a bit about the subject though.
