Please dont get uptight cause that not my intention I just want to make sure Im doing this right live

At my card room we switch dealers every 30 minutes and each dealer carries their tip box with them and I think they rotate between high and low roller tables.

WHoever wins the hand throws the dealer a $1 chip or higher if its big but basically they get a $1 tip per hand .

SOmetimes when I take down A big pot I might forget to tip the dealer and 2 hands later I wil ask the dealer if I hit them up and they are pretty honest and tell you YES and NO and if its no I laugh and tip and say sorry I get excited cause I dont win big pots LOL.

I have also noticed people who dont tip get looked at by the others at the table, and once when I did win a pot and didnt tip but asked a few hands later, its like these guys shook their heads in acceptance.

FUCK I DONT WANT TO TIP AT ALL the house should cover the salary since they rake and BBJ every hand but I just want to make sure Im doint this right, maybe I should ask if all dealers split all tips since I dunno
