Not sure how the polarbear does it, but I use the "Print Screen" key found on your keyboard, then paste the resulting clipboard image to a paint program for editing. Save in a JPG format. Then I upload it to PHOTOBUCKET (free service), where I can copy the "links" to it and then paste that link into a post on the forum. insto presto, your screenshot is a part of your post for all to see.

In the first shot, you played well. You saw a cheap pot from the blinds and got paid off nicely. Regardless of what you think, no way that you could fold there. Now the second play was looser. Not just because it was aces, but that you risked too much of your stack with a below average hand and no pot odds either. With 15 chips in, no need calling nearly 1,000 more even if you thought it was a bluff on your opponents part. This will lead to a crumbled stack.
When at the tables, play for the love of the game and show respect for your opponents.
