PS3 Poker game

I have a game on my ps3 that is a full on poker game that u play online with people! I reccomend everyone get one!

I am not playing ANY poker game on my computer that does not come with the ability to win cash money!! Period, no way I am paying money to buy a game to play what I can do online now! Think about it, how much is that game, $50? You could buy the game for $50 or deposit $50 at a poker site and play for the money not just the fun!!

listen i looooove poker and playing against others who do to but unless your playin to win some cash i think its lame it takes all the fun out of the game and people start playin like donkeys all the time and nobody likes that

I think the game was actually like 10 bucks. Not a to bad deal which is probably why i bought it :P

I think the whole idea is what are you getting out of a ps3 game? if youre really just in it for the fun you could probably save some money and just play free online poker. if youre looking to become a better player its still probably just a waste of money. my question to you is what kind of different features does it have that may make it interesting (bluffing controls, storyline, character development?).

I am not really sure why you would play poker on a play station. Now Wii Bowling is definitely worth the money. Although it is a little depressing that my 5 year old is a pro and I am not.

Sounds good just dont have a PS3 poker really doesn't seem fun without real money involved. It would seem to me that to many people would play out of control.

hey im not lucky enough to have a ps3, but i do have a wsop game for my ps2. i just wanted to say the online play is a bit too much to take. the only reason though is bc there is no real money. as far as people not playing right. thats not the case most of the time bc anyone who knows anything about online gaming will tell you most care more about bragging rights then money anyway. though im not one of those guys witch is why its a bit much for me. that said, the features it has are really fun(if you like games in general). you start with like 500 bucks and a dream of winning it all(or pretend you are anyway lol). what makes it fun though is they have hundreds of real life tournys from all around the world and the pro's play is supposed to be based on there real style of play. so like i said if you like games in general you should like this, you not only get to play a guy from rags to riches, but also get to feel like your playing with people and at places most of us only dream about.
