    Default Carbon Withdrawals

Has anyone made a withdrawal or transfer of funds from Carbon WITHOUT having to submit picture ID (government issued) and a copy of their credit card (front and back) before being accepted? Or is this requirement only for certain countries (I am Canadian)? I even asked about Moneybookers and they still require this info. I am very leery about sending this info via e-mail over the Internet. I do not have a large balance and am tempted to just play at a bigger cash table and either build up a huge balance or donate it to another player instead of satisfying their requirements.
They have also bumped up their fee for check cashing to $25 and removed withdrawals via Visa.
SO EASY TO DEPOSIT BUT HARD AS **** TO WITHDRAW.

    Any comments would be appreciated

I used ewalletexpress to deposit to Carbon. after 2 weeks they let me transfer at will. I have withdrawn twice there, via ewalletexpress, and Carbon has yet to ask me for ID of any kind.

Thanks Villa for the input. I don't understand why they would ask for this info if withdrawing via an e-wallet. You would think that they shouldn't even be concerned, since they are not sending money to an individual.
One question - did you have to send the information mentioned previously to ewalletexpress?

No, I signed up with ewalletexpress, and gave them bank account #. and check #. Then they made 2 small deposits to my bank account, of .02 and .06 (the amounts vary). I had to call my bank and find out the exact amounts of their deposits, and report back to ewallet the exact amounts, once I did that, my ewalletexpress account was active., but no need for ID.

I might also say, that ewalletexpress does not charge for transfering money to a poker site, or getting money from a poker site. but when you want to transfer back to your bank, they charge 10%. pretty hefty. But they have worked fine, and as promised.

I deposited with a CC on Carbon and other merge skins with moneybookers. when I withdrew from Carbon they required photo ID and pics of my CC, I covered the numbers on my DL & CC with pieces of paper and they were accepted. The other skins still wanted photo ID but once they have seen it they do not ask again.

Looked at ewalletexpress as well but hoping to find an e-wallet common to the sites where I play, I was surprised to see that ewalletexpress was not an option for me regarding withdrawals at Fulltilt. Moneybookers was the most common for me, and as far as I know they charge 1% for sending money (max .50 euros) to the site and no fee for receiving money from the site. They charge $4.70 U.S. for cheques and $2.40 for bank transfers. (These figures are in the process of being verified via an e-mail I sent, along with other questions so I will post the results when I receive them).

Mind you I don't believe Moneybookers is available for residents of the U.S.A., Turkey, China, Malaysia, or Israel.

I use Neteller and fingers crossed I've had no problems on Carbon..

Reefer on the other hand.. ughhh

I deposited using Neteller and have withdrawn from the site..

but if I want to do player-player transfers on Reefer I have to jump through hoops 1st!!

I sent them my Photo ID (driving licence) and a recent utility bill, only to be told I have to print out, fill in, scan and then email them back their "Fax Back Verification Form"

This is my latest (sent yesterday) email to them

    Hi,

I have used the link you provided and looked at the Fax Back Verification form.

As i use Neteller and would never consider funding my poker account with a Credit Card I do not see the need for me to fill it out.

I use Neteller.. I have verified my account with Neteller and verified myself with Neteller, I have deposited on your site using Neteller.

I think that the ID already provided should be enough to allow me the player to player facility.

If that is not enough then so be it.

I already have the facility on other Merge sites and will use it on them instead.

    Regards,
They replied this morning saying I still have to fill the form out and that I can omit the CC details..

Well.. they can kiss my lily white a**

First time I have ever been told I need to do it in order to have the player-player facility

Never had to do it with Carbon
Never had to do it with PDC
Never had to do it with Wasspoker

I have the player-player facility on all 3 of those sites

I have had to send passport i.d to withdraw from reefer, which is on the same network.I would think the policy is the same for carbonpoker,I have not withdrawn from carbon yet,so I wouldn`t worry about sending the i.d.
