Carbon Check Withdrawals

Hi all,

I made a Carbon check withdrawal about a month ago and received an email from them stating that the transaction was approved 3 weeks ago today but still haven't received a check here in California. Their webpage states that check withdrawals take up to 3 weeks. What have your experiences been with them?

the trouble is for US methods and times are going to vary wildly from payment times for non US players ...

its a nightmare for the sites and the US players but this is the mess that the UIGEA has created

I cant help you interms of experience as I'm not US based and otherwise great and quick methods are going to be very much slowed down or not an option in the US ;-(

there might be players who have used this method in the US but I think most are using various ewallet methods as these are a bit more flexible

hope thats a help - but definately contact support and ask them if they could possibly give you a progress report / update

To anyone that's interested, it took them 4 weeks to send the check and another 2 days for the postal system. The longest I've ever waited for a cashout. I initiated another check withdrawal today so we'll see if it's faster the 2nd time around.

Well good luck there then, please keep us updated with how fast this one arrives.

All I can say is thank god I am in the UK and the longest I normally wait on any site is about 5 days and with ladbrokes I can walk in the shop and get cash that very same day.

Like scrawnybob stated havnt you considered setting up some kind of ewallet payment method as it would be a much faster withdrawel method.

Oh and as you are now on your second cashout you must also be making money, so well done and keep up the good work.

I have to say that i am sorry for US players, Carbon take for me in E-wallets 3 days and is the one that takes longer from all my sites, all go from seconds to 24 hrs, and when need to wait the 3 days i get mad, wait for 3 weeks or more for your money ... just sucks.

Whatever you think about Merge sites, their w/d by check process is the worst I have experienced. Since pic club dropped them that is my only option. Here is my experience so far:

Requested w/d on Jan 5th, carbon approved it on Jan 7th, today is Feb 10th.

From today:

CS Angelica: Hello! How may I assist you?

TerminalFrost: I requested a w/d on Jan 5, it was approved, wondering where my check is?

CS Angelica: Please kindly hold on a moment while I access your records.

CS Angelica: We sincerely apologize for the delay in receiving your withdrawal request. The check should take 3-4 weeks delivery time however sometimes there is an unexpected delays due to some reasons beyond our control like your postal service or the Check processor itself.

CS Angelica: I will send email to our cashier regarding your check withdrawal. We will email you as soon as we received a reply from them.

TerminalFrost: thank you. My postal service is more than reliable, I will be waiting to hear when the check was sent.

CS Angelica: Okay, please be assured that you will be informed with regards to your Check withdrawal concern. I appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter.

CS Angelica: We do have a standard waiting period of 24-48 hours maximum.

EVEN IF THEY MET THEIR OWN TIME FRAME 3-4 WEEKS IS RIDICULOUS. Bo was 2 weeks!

Getting worse:

Joined Pic Club to w/d from carbon without paying their $15 check fee. w/d sat in limbo for a month since PicClub was in the process of dropping them.

Then went thru the verification process.

-Requested w/d Jan 6th
-Received email saying it was approved Jan7th
-Feb 10th live chat asking where my check is. Said they would email me 24-48 hrs Max.
-Feb 16th (144 hrs later) live chat again. They will get back to me, but can't say when.

WTF!!!

I'm only sorry I actually deposited on Aced. You can bet I won't be on any other merge site.

That is what i mention to Rg in another topic, do not matter if you can win easy there if the cashout process is a pain in the @$$

hey, i think they are getting quicker. i got my w/d in 4 wks this time. not such a problem for me. i just plan ahead. since i've never deposited there and i can continue to w/d, i can not complain.

(ps i just pay the check fee.)
