Pretty Nice Win Tonight!

In the mood for a MTT tonight, I decided to play one of Carbon's $1,250 Guaranteed Tourney's for $5.50. It was a freeze-out with 171 entrants. I was playing patiently and managed to get lucky a number of times. Before I knew it, I was in the money and then at the final table... Yay!!

My last all-in was a race.. I had eights... he called with AJ off... I was out in Third, but totally happy with the $125!

I must say I hate the MTTs at carbon because of the 5$-1250 guarantee type of tournaments (they now have a 16$ game with 150$ guaranteed lol)
Maybe I got used to the large MTTs on Stars where for 5$ you have 10k Guar. Or 10$ with a guaranteed 250k prizepool. Of course, the field is larger but...

I think that 2nd place was about $200 (ish) and 1st was $325 (ish).

I was in the lead there for a bit, but, thought I could get my opponent to fold with an all-in re-raise, because he/she had only bet 3x the BB. Guess I thought wrong...that's poker...right?... lol

Very well done, yes you can see an example of what are one of the keys to success in poker... especially online. That is be in a very good mood to play... in this way you can't fail to make the money unless a terrible bad beat congrats.
