PlayersOnly to Merge?

Heard awhile ago that Players was trasferring to the Merge network. Is this true and if so , when, anyone heard? I have a few gold chips, wondering if I should use em quick, what are they going to do with em if they switch?

Just found the answer for myself. Becomes Play Aces on the 15th, this month. Gold chips get converted to VIP pts on merge, 1 chip = 20 pts. Guess I'll start playing gold chip sitngo's, try to build em up, be nice to start with a nice chunk of vip pts. I have 40 gold chips now, so that would be 800 vip pts. Should be able to use them to play in a couple tournaments on the new merge site.

That is great news because i think Merge rocks and then Players will have a method that i can use to deposit with as right now they dont, so hurry up 15th

got a email from sportsbook about the new room,does this mean players and sportsbook combining to one room on merge, or is this going to be a seperate entity?

Anyone is playing in the Sportsbook/Playersonly merge skin?, i read yesterday that is called Play Aces or something like that, and wonder if have any game different from the rest of merge games.

Also, i think this move have now like a month right?, when the movement was announced i think that this fusion will bring a lot of more players to merge, but until now i don´t see any improvement in numbers there, at least i see the same 100 players in MTT´s and sit&Go´s still take long to get full.

Still too early to expect more numbers?

i did'nt know either till i loaded player and it went into an update then it was a merge skin what a way to find out. threw me for a loop but i like it.

Pretty much same games, except they kept their $250 freerolls (one at 11:15pm ET I think and another one not sure what time) Think these are only on PlayAces, haven't seen em on any other merge site.

If you had any gold chips on players only, they converted to VIP pts, though not earned VIP pts. In other words, you can use them for tournament entry or convert to cash, but they don't count towards moving up in their loyalty program. Just go to player adm. and look at your vip pts. You need 1000 i think to convert to cash. But if you don't have enough for that you can use em to buy in to some tourneys, I think its $1 for 100pts usually.
