LockPoker Withdrawal Problem

I finally hit a nice cashout playing a 4.40 tournament a few weeks back. I instantly made a whithdrawal of most of it. One week later, I get it DENIED. Apparently I need to supply them with info. I printed out the verification form, but my only pic ID is from New York where I used to live. Since moving to Florida I have not changed licenses yet. So I sent them an email 10 days ago asking if this is OK(My current address does not match my driver's license). NO REPLY. Even though the header says they wil get back to me in 8 *HOURS*. So I sent another email last night....12 hours later still no reply.

Has anyone else had problems withdrawing from LockPoker/Merge???

For some reason even in the best of times the Merge group has had issues with fast payouts & now that they are over run and overwhelmed by all the new peeps you may take a bit of waiting to get paid

I've had no problems with withdrawals from Lock but that's probably because I use Moneybookers. Prior to that I had problems with a few sites when trying to withdraw.

Merge is pretty particular when getting your account "verified" .

IMO i don't think the dif addy I.D. wont be accepted.

I would try to process your licensee.

Also if you have issues with your actual drivers License..you can all ways just a get a State I.D......just like a D.L. but only for identification..they will accept those.

and remember for the future..if you ever plan on cashing out at any site. BEFORE joining that site read all the rules of siad site.....I read alot of posts of players that seemed kinda surprised of the " hoops" they have to jump threw to get there $$...when all along its stated in the rules of site.



also once you have your acct verified......merge for me has been pretty much hassle free on all withdraws.....not counting there back log form black Friday
