I'd be intrested to know how much you made with your KK. From what you have posted before you are generally a tight player and I'm wondering if that's the reason you didn't make the money here. You say only 3 hands went to showdown

From the hands you put money into suggests that you didn't get many premium hands apart from the KK.

I have generally found I do better when I change my game during a tournament. I can be loose for a while and play with a wide range which hit now and again. When I then tighten up the premium hands pay better. I try not to play the same way for more than set nubere of hands which I'll not give away here Doesn't always work or I'd make more but recently I find my self going deeper into tournaments and finishing higher in sngs

One KK was in BB blinds were 100/200. One limper and SB called. I raised 600 to 800 into a 600 pot. Both folded.

Other KK, the blinds were 50/100 and I was sitting Seat 8 out of 10. I raised to 225 and the BB called. Flop went K95 rainbow, BB checked, I bet 100, he called. Turn went 9 and second heart on board. He checked, I bet 100, he called. river went 8 and no flush on board. He checked, and I bet 450, he folded.

    PR is too high imo.
Showdown more/ get more value out of your strong hands (KK, AQ, AJ)
But nothing you can do if u're getting cold cards and no flops..
