but i seem to do better at hi/lo
and definetly i dont like limit hi/lo
have too many donkies playing in those

I can't stand to play Omaha or hi/lo, they both stink when you catch trips then somebody donks a flush. Or when you have the low you might be splitting it with another player and end up with 1/4 of the pot and lose chips. This game is to full of nuts hands going to crud because somebody has two pair and catches a boat. Sick sick sick, I quit!

i played in my second ever omaha h/l tourney on pitbull 2 weeks ago (the first one I learned the rules)and finished in second place. I was very happy with the way the game played. I had never placed so high in a hold em tourney before and thats all i usually play. I'm going to look into playing more omaha tourneys and 7 card stud tourneys.

Omaha h/L is one of my favorite games too. To answer Checkermate if there are only 3 players in the Pot and you only have a chance at Low Don,t Bet.You can only win 1/2 the Pot at best and like you say could very often find yourself only getting a 1/4 of the pot.I hate ROOKIE players that Raise and Re-Raise with just the Low.When I only have the NUT low too(its hard to fold a NUT Low) and i get sucked into the 1/4 Pot deal.Omah8 is a Big draw game and tripps more than not get beaten in limit.Your only chance is if you can make a Big Bet to push players off there draws.

I enjoy playing PL Omaha H/L or just Omaha Hi. I seem to do well in these games. I don't enjoy limit Omaha...too many players raising each turn...er donks I mean
