Default omaha

i am a fairly newcomer to this game but i feel that it good for a player to see the flop keep as possible cause in either H/L or High there are so many hands that can hurt you. I prefer

Suited connected in High
and in H/L the ace 2 with some quality over cards or ace suited

back to the preflop raises in say HE aces will hold about a third of the time so you want to get those chasers out well my logic is with the omaha you have to stand pat or small raise because most flops will not nut you up. infact ,ost flops will hurt you.

some say raise get them out but in a pot limit game a raise preflop will not have the same efect as a all in
