Could someone please explain Omaha to me

Personally I like Omaha because people just start playing this game without studying and understanding it.

Lots of times have seen many of them playing by including all their four cards , only to say in the end why they lost..

That is a good game for anyone who knows Omaha.

is it right that the gauge for whether your cards in omaha are worth playing is if you can make three good texas holdem hands out of your four cards? that's what people have told me
