Omaha is a lot of fun

I've been playing Omaha ring games on Bodog and doing very well. It is a LOT of fun. I'm really feeding on the change in games and it gives me a renewed focus. I may cash out and go play some omaha live.

Anyone else with similar experiences?

I love omaha ring. It's a nice change and can be lucrative.

Don't play as often as I would like, but the dam forum games get in the way and I'm not a good multi-tabler, especially with different games.

the last few months ive been playing more omaha. have done decently well. but i enjoy hi/lo the most. merge sites have a 2.00 omaha h/l buy in at 14.40 daily i try to play when i can.

I enjoy oh and oh h/l and really like playing it against people that for the most part understand how the game it played. And only N/l or pot limit, I can't stand limit with as many people as there are that don't know how to really play the chases get pretty nuts as it is but limit is an all out disaster. I have only played OH ring twice so maybe I need to try that some more. I have played OH live and did enjoy that, mostly cause I took that poor donks money who played it more like he was playing NL hold'em than OH.

I like Omaha8 Pot Limit. I agree I hate novices (NL) players who think a pair of Kings is worth a big preflop raise.Also players with Ace-2 and 7-Q who bet BIG pre-flop with only a Low possibillity.I mean wouldn,t you want more ante,s if you only have a possible LOW ?? But it is a good change of games.It can be very fun, interesting and often very frustraing. lol

i play omaha ring games daily and have had pretty good success, have been steadily moving up in limits slowly. i find it to be pretty boring for the most part but seems like there are players with some pretty big leaks, most nl holdem players have a prettty good understanding of the game once you pass the micro stakes.

just having playing omaha...but dont like it very mch...quz 2 many draws...AA isnothing or 3 spades n board always flush
